Our leadership.
E Welsh, Founder
E Welsh is the mind behind E. With a robust background in technical writing and education, E blends both formal creative and technical writing expertise with the practical application of backmapping used by public educators across the country to design flexible, achievable roadmaps to enhance personal and corporate stories. As a former public educator and seasoned creative, E blends personal aspiration and practical application seamlessly to make the daunting task of standing out more achievable than ever before.
E’s career journey has forged a rare and adaptable leader. After nearly half a decade in the public school classroom, E ventured into freelance work, providing one-to-one tutoring and caregiving services to special needs children and landing technical writing positions with everything from local literature societies to international non-profits. E’s expertise spans social impact, corporate brand awareness, and targeted campaigns to amplify underrepresented voices. E has always gone above and beyond, serving as the sponsor of multiple clubs and committees as a teacher, volunteering at community organizations, and pursuing creative fulfillment in their spare time.
E has worked closely with executive teams to manage public-facing content, particularly concerning culturally sensitive issues. Their ability to synthesize authentic perspectives empathetically has made them highly sought after in the travel, finance, and wellness sectors.
In addition to their leadership and strategic work, E is a self- and soon-to-be-traditionally- published author, with a personal Substack account and a byline in the After Dinner Conversation series. They hold a partial M.A. from University of Phoenix in Secondary Education and a B.A. in English from University of Maryland, College Park. E’s extensive experience and passion for learning drive their mission to help organizations and individuals design achievable roadmaps to success.
